26th October 2018, at Tallinn Health Care College, Estonia, was organised the final conference of the project ” Study quality in terms of multiculturalism in the Baltic countries ” with participation of the teachers, an administrative staff from project’s partners institutions from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
The main aim of the conference was to share information and the best practices on study quality in multicultural class, school/ university/education institution.
The presentation of the Study Quality Assurance Model from the perspectives of a Teacher; Best practices on Study Quality in Terms of Multiculturalism; a Handbook “Study Quality in Terms of Multiculturalism in the Baltic Countries” were presented to the participants.
Andris Geidāns, from Latvia, read a presentation ” The Hardship of Human Race – Finding the Common and Defining the Differences”. Joseph Grannum talked about 3D Spatial Thinking as a Teaching Tool in a Multicultural Curriculum: Estonia-Jamaica Erasmus Plus Experience.
It was organise an useful panel discussion with teachers from different countries. The main questions: what are the main challenges in multicultural Classroom, what should re-trained were talked- about.
